2. WE WILL We will price match any local 2795 post-coded pharmacy regular everyday on-the-shelf identically stocked item. Identical means the same in every way without exception, including but not limited to EAN, code, edition, presentation, contents, and pack.
3. WE WILL NOT We will not price match out of town pharmacy or non-pharmacy outlets, limited stock scenarios, advertised specials, discontinued and clearance items, gifts with purchases, out-of-stocks, non-routine supplier orders, and items we do not routinely stock every day.
4. EVIDENCE The customer must provide evidence of the competitor's everyday offer including any charges, and a hard-copy, upon request. Verbal here-say is not sufficient.
5. COURTESY ONLY This Price Match Policy is not a shopper's right - Staff reserve the right to modify or withdraw this courtesy offer, or refuse a customer's request or offer, at anytime, for any reason. Please see management for further info, terms and conditions.
