1. OUR OWN PRICING POLICY    
This Pricing Policy is our own In-Store Pricing Policy. Other Terry White pharmacies may have their own pricing policies, including on print & mass media websites, but they are theirs, not ours. Our local website with our policy is:  www.terrywhite.info

2. WE WILL        
We will price match any Terry White Chemmart pharmacy catalogue if we have an on-the-shelf identically stocked item. Identical means same in every way without exception, including but not limited to EAN, code, edition, presentation, contents and pack.

3. WE WILL NOT        
We will not price match any Terry White online non-catalogue shop stock, or any other pharmacies, or non-pharmacy outlets, limited stock scenarios, advertised specials, discontinued and clearance items, gifts with purchases, out-of-stocks, non-routine supplier orders, and items we do not routinely stock every day.

4. EVIDENCE        
The customer must provide evidence of the Terry White Chemmart catalogue offer including any charges, and a hard-copy, upon request. Verbal here-say is not sufficient.

5. COURTESY ONLY    
This Pricing Policy is not a shopper’s right – staff reserve the right to modify or withdraw this courtesy offer, or refuse a customer’s request or offer, at anytime, for any reason. Please see management for further info, terms and conditions.
